This page explains how Mahla Mahjong handles shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges for online orders.

Shipping Area

At this stage, our checkout is configured for orders shipping within the United States. Standard U.S. orders receive free shipping at checkout, with no minimum purchase and no promo code required.

If you are outside the United States or need a bulk / B2B shipment, please contact us before placing an order at mahla@mahlamahjong.com.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary by product availability, order volume, holidays, address verification, or fraud review.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Mahla Mahjong is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

Returns

Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery unless a different return window is stated on the product page or order communication. Items must be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products.
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
• Used, damaged-after-delivery, altered, washed, or incomplete items.
• Items returned without approval or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Any expedited or special-service shipping charges arranged separately may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If you need a different color or item, contact us and we will help review the best option.
